Butter oats cookies in rice cooker

Recipe:
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup roughly blended rolled oats
3-4 Tbsp unsalted butter (soften)
1 tsp agave nectar / honey
some black sesame as topping (toasted and blended)

(1) Mix everything (except black sesame) to form a soft dough

(2) Divide into preferred cookie shape. I used a semi rounded of 1/2 Tbsp measurement spoon size to scope the dough and made into cookie shape. Sprinkle some black sesame on top, lightly press to let it stick on the dough.

(3) Preheat rice cooker. I am using Tefal fuzzy logic rice cooker - pressed 'reheat' mode.

(4) Put the cookies into rice cooker bowl and set to baking mode. Cook for 15 minutes. Open the lid and roughly turn the cookies around and cook for another 15 minutes.

(5) Once done, carefully remove cookies from the hot rice cooker bowl and let stand to cool a little before put into air tight container.

Yields: 14 cookies
