Potato salad in cream cheese dressing
Ingredients:
1 steamed yellow sweet potato (cooled and diced)
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 orange (finely cut)
1 Tbsp cream cheese (soften)
1 Tbsp almond flake
1 Tbsp sunflower seed
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
