Beef yogurt fried rice

Recipe:
1 cup basmati rice (cooked and cooled)
4 cloves garlic (chopped finely)
2 shallots (chopped finely)
2 stalks celery (cut diagonal)
1 small piece of beef, upper part (thinly sliced)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 knob unsalted butter
2 Tbsp natural yogurt
1 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

(1) In a hot skillet dab with olive oil, roughly fry beaten eggs - around 3 minutes. Remove from the pan at once. Set aside.

(2) Using the same skillet, saute garlic, shallots till fragrant. Add in beef and stir fry till cooked and fragrant. Add in celery and stir fry till slightly soften.

(3) Pour in the cooked rice and mix well. Shortly after, add in the cooked scrambled eggs. Stir fry all ingredients with the rice for a while till the taste absorbed into the rice.

(4) Once the fried rice starts popping, stir in natural yogurt and put in low temperature. Lastly add in shredded cheese, mix well and off fire immediately.

Serve: 2 adults portion

Results: Today is the first time my baby tried beef, she had problem chewing the beef as it is harder than chicken but slowly accepted it. It is an attempt to introduce beef to the little one. The taste is mild yet fragrant, suitable to baby who is ready for meat and chunkier textures.
